Specificially he's a Seljuk from Palladium Book's Phase World setting. Though I must admit even their own version in the PW book looks alot more like a raptor than it does a T-Rex, but the species size which ranges from 9-12ft probably would offset that abit. The character in question you can check out on explorersunlimited.com under the Star Swords in the Phase World setting. Though honestly the background is sorta crappy, and definately not my best work. It's the first time I've played a reptilian character and I'm still trying to get a feel for it.
